Each and every decision we have take is based on respect for the individual, the cultural patrimony of the location and the natural environment. Our resort is closely bound to the surrounding countryside and we strive daily to protect and conserve it.

This is a mission we care deeply about and we work to render every aspect, direct and indirect, ever more sustainable.

Wherever possible, we acquire products from renewable sources and our electricity is certified as 100% green. Our restaurant espouses a philosophy of ‘No Waste’, reducing to an absolute minimum the discarding of foodstuffs and focusing on seasonal, local products, many of which are zero kilometre certified. 

We aim to provide an experience of complete wellbeing for our guests, guided our belief that there is no personal form of wellbeing that does not also look to the wellbeing of our planet.
